The Challenge
This project required the completion of all glazing work for a rooftop gym located on the top of the Oaks Sydney Hyde Park Suites.
Commercial Builders, and partners of Magic Glass, Paynter Dixon oversaw the project, contracting Magic Glass to carry-out all required glazing for the build. This included the fabrication and installation of several custom sized frameless glass panels, two commercially framed doors, and a custom curved glass panel and associated hardware.
The Solution
Magic Glass delivered an efficient, cost effective, and on-time solution for Paynter Dixon.
Utilising our 30 years of industry expertise and local supplier relationships, the right solution with custom glass types was installed. This ensures greater thermal control within the complex and a second-to-none presentation, matching the high end finishes of the building.
The design of the gym included a faceted glass wall and curved glass panel.
Magic Glass measured each custom-made glass panel on-site to ensure installation without any issues. All doors and windows were finished with a 15-year warranty powder coat, and all doors were completed with electronic locks that allow for card access and DDA compliance.
Being a high-rise project, our team utilised an external material hoist to transport all required materials to the rooftop in a safe and efficient manner.
